3. Services
We specialize in bespoke balloon decor for intimate celebrations. All products and services are provided subject to availability.
4. Booking and Payment
- All bookings are subject to availability and require payment to secure the service.
- A deposit of 30% is required upon booking. The remaining balance must be paid 72 hours before the event.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer or card payments.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 7 days before the scheduled event are eligible for a full refund of the amount received including the deposit.
- Cancellations within 6 days of the event will not be eligible for a refund.
6. Delivery and Setup
- We will deliver and set up the balloon decor at the agreed location and time. Please ensure access to the venue is provided.
- Delays caused by venue restrictions may incur additional charges.
7. Liability
- We are not liable for any damage or injury caused by our products after installation.
- Once the installation is complete, you assume full responsibility for the care and condition of the decor.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, images, and designs on this website are the intellectual property of The Balloon Chamber Ltd and may not be used without prior written consent.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
